The Details

• All on campus cookies are delivered to the Package Center for pickup by the student.  Dorm delivery is not permitted by the university.  All off campus orders are delivered to the student address (despite the website saying pickup).

• All cookies are approx. 3-4 inches in size.

• Cookies are individually wrapped for sharing and preservation.

• For all off campus and non seasonal orders, The Cookie Box will be packaged in a shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.  Please be sure to enter a complete and correct address for your student, when prompted during order entry, to ensure timely delivery.  

• Please check The Ingredients list for allergen concerns.  

• All sales are final - we cannot offer refunds for on campus orders that are not picked up.

• Images are an example of cookie designs.  Actual cookie design is subject to change

Seasonal Deliveries

• Orders will close approximately 4 days before delivery date, unless maximum number of orders has been reached prior to that date.  Check here for dates.

• On campus seasonal box orders will be hand-delivered to the Package Center in Shriver.  Students will receive an email and text from the Package Center when the cookies have been checked in and are ready for pickup.  They can proceed to the counter for pickup.  Students will receive daily notification until cookies are picked up.  The  cookies will be held according to Package Center guidelines. 

Hours : M-F 8am to 5pm Sat 11am to 2pm

• All Off campus orders will be delivered to your student's address by UPS.  

Birthday and Other Occasion Boxes

• Cookies cannot be delivered on Sunday.

• Cookies ordered for a delivery date earlier than the stated ordering window will be delivered on the calculated date based on the stated ordering window unless we are able to get them out sooner.

• We guarantee that cookies will be sent out on time with the intention that they will be delivered on dates specified while ordering.  However, due to carrier policies that are out of our control, delivery on a specific date cannot be guaranteed.  We recommend entering a delivery date one day to prior to the birthday or other occasion for the best chance at on-time delivery.  This will give your student the opportunity to pick the cookies up to have and enjoy on their special day.   For a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us.

• Birthday and Other Occasion boxes are sent via UPS.  On-campus cookies are delivered to the Package Center and placed in lockers.  Your student will receive a text and they can then pick the package up any time from the locker using the QR code they received via text.  They will be moved from the lockers to the counter service area  after 48 hours.  On occasion, we will deliver on campus orders to the Package Center ourselves.  The cookies will then be available for pickup at the counter.  Either way, your student will be notified of a delivery at the Package Center and will be given instruction on picking them up.  Off campus orders are delivered to the address provided.
